Data Governance Consultant

Dawiso builds the data governance platform that enterprises actually use - data catalogs, business glossaries, interactive data lineage, and an AI Context Layer that makes sure AI agents actually understand what "revenue" means in your business.

Our customers are banks, insurers, and energy companies. The problems are real, the stakes are high, and the work is never the same twice.

We're looking for someone to join us on the ground with customers - helping them go from "we have a data governance problem" to "we have a data governance practice."

What you'll do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their data landscape and governance needs
• Guide implementations of Dawiso's platform - data catalog, business glossary, data lineage, data products, unstructured data governance
• Help customers prepare for and navigate AI adoption - including AI governance, EU AI Act compliance, and getting their data AI-ready
• Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into practical governance frameworks
• Be the person customers call when something matters

Who we're looking for

• You understand data - where it comes from, how it flows, why it gets messy
• You've worked with enterprise customers and know how to navigate their complexity
• You're comfortable working in AI and agentic environments - you use tools like Claude or Codex in your daily work and understand how AI agents operate
• You communicate clearly, to both a CDO and a data steward

Experience with data catalogs, metadata management, or data governance frameworks is a plus.
