We're hiring

Build context and
governance for AI.

Dawiso is a data governance platform used by enterprises like Societe Generale, CEZ, and Stora Enso to turn metadata into trusted, AI‑ready data products. We're 30 people with 20+ partners - looking for those who care about structure, quality, and the future of data.

01
Practitioners first
Built by people who spent years inside enterprise data problems.
02
AI-native
We rebuilt our workflows on AI in 2026. Not a feature - a way of working.
03
Deep, not wide
30 people with real ownership. No layers between you and the product.
04
Enterprise rigor
SoGe, CEZ, Stora Enso - demanding customers that force real quality.
05
Startup pace
Fast iterations, direct feedback, shipping what matters.

How we work

What does your day-to-day actually look like?

AI-first toolchain

Claude, Cursor, custom agents - AI is how we develop, write, sell, and think. You'll pair-program with LLMs, automate repetitive work, and ship faster than teams twice our size.

Real ownership, no committees

Every person owns a piece of the product end-to-end. From idea through design to deploy - no approval chains, no committee reviews. You decide, you build, you ship.

Enterprise feedback, startup speed

You'll see your work deployed at Societe Generale, CEZ, and Stora Enso - real impact at real scale. But we ship weekly, iterate fast, and talk directly to users. No six-month roadmap waterfall.

Async-friendly, outcome-driven

Prague HQ, Brno dev center, flexible remote. We measure results, not hours in the office. Deep work blocks, minimal meetings, written-first communication.

What you'll be building

Think of Dawiso as the internal Wikipedia and Google for enterprise data and knowledge.

We turn raw metadata into governed, trusted, AI-ready data products. Our platform connects data, documentation, and analytical processes into one searchable knowledge base - for humans and AI agents alike.
