AI-Native Growth Marketer

Prague (hybrid) Full-time

Run Dawiso's digital growth - campaigns, email, web and data - by building the AI agents that do the work, not by doing it by hand.

The role

This is a B2B role. You'll run Dawiso's digital growth, selling to enterprise data and IT leaders: paid campaigns, email, the website and the data behind all of it. You report directly to the CMO and get the support you need to grow into full ownership of the channel mix.

What makes this role different is how we work:

Our website is code. There is no CMS to click through. The site lives in a Git repo, and we ship changes by prompting Claude Code, reviewing the diff, and merging a pull request. Editing a landing page means writing a good prompt, reading what the agent produced, fixing what it got wrong, and deploying. You'll do this daily.

AI agents do the work, and you build the agents. This covers account research, CRM enrichment, campaign copy variants, lead qualification, and content drafts. Instead of doing these tasks by hand, you design, build, and maintain the agents that do them, and you own the quality of what comes out.

Our stack

Claude Code, MCP connectors, n8n, HubSpot, Apollo, Snitcher, GA4, Looker Studio, and a Git-based website.

What you will own

  • Campaigns: hands-on execution across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn and email, including setup, audiences, tracking, landing pages and iteration
  • HubSpot data: funnel and conversion analysis, attribution and reporting, turned into “here is what we should do next”
  • A/B testing: design experiments, ship variants, read the results honestly and decide what wins
  • Web: landing pages, SEO, performance and tracking, all through the code repo
  • Agents for GTM: build and maintain agents for sales and marketing workflows
  • Automation: HubSpot workflows, API integrations, and removing manual work wherever you find it

What we look for

  • Hands-on experience running paid and email campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Bing, newsletters). This is what we value most.
  • You actually build with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, agent frameworks), not just chat with them
  • Comfortable with Git, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and reading code you did not write
  • At home in numbers, and able to defend a conclusion drawn from data
  • Curious about how B2B marketing and sales actually work, not only the tech
  • Self-directed: you find the answer and finish the thing
  • Strong written English. You'll write copy for international markets, including the US.

What we offer

  • The newest AI tooling, used on work that directly moves company growth
  • Freedom to experiment and ship fast
  • A small team with short decision paths
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid setup, with our new offices in Karlín
  • 25 days of vacation, 3 sick days, a Multisport card, a discounted mobile plan and regular team events
