AI Agentic Developer
You built something this weekend. It's already in production.
At Dawiso, that's not a boast - it's just how we work.
We're a ~40-person data governance platform company. Our customers are banks, insurers, and energy companies who trust us to make their data make sense. And over the last eight months, we've gone through something most companies only talk about: a real, company-wide AI transformation. We called it AHA - AI Hyper Accelerator. It wasn't a strategy deck. It was a hackathon, a mind shift, and a new way of building.
Our team built a competitive intelligence platform over a weekend. We shipped our customer helpdesk in 7 days: portal, email, Slack integration, RAG-grounded AI bot, knowledge base. Someone who had never opened a code editor had a working app in two days. The results aren't in a demo - they're in production.
Now we're looking for someone who wants to be part of what's coming next.
What you'll do
You'll work at the intersection of Dawiso's product and its AI layer - building, experimenting, and shipping. That could mean:
- Building AI-powered features on top of our Context Layer and MCP integration
- Exploring multi-model approaches (we actively use Claude Code, GPT/Codex, and more)
- Designing agentic workflows that actually make it to production - not just demos
- Helping shape how we develop: session discipline, spec quality, test-driven agentic coding
Who we're looking for
You don't need to fit a specific mold. What matters:
- You've had your own AHA moment - the one where you realized the rules changed
- You write clear specs, because you know that's what actually determines output quality
- You're comfortable working closely with AI as a collaborator, not just a tool
- You care about what you ship - production systems, not prototypes that live in a Notion doc
Why Dawiso
We're not adopting AI to look modern. We're doing it because it's the only way a ~40-person team competes with the world. You'll have space to experiment, real problems to solve, and teammates who are genuinely excited about what's coming next.
We're based in Prague and Brno. And yes - we have a Claude emoji on Slack.
