Customer Success Representative

Prague & Brno (hybrid) Full-time

Your customers don't just buy the platform. They need to actually succeed with it.

Dawiso builds the data cataloging platform that enterprises actually use - data catalogs, business glossaries, interactive data lineage, and an AI Context Layer that makes sure AI agents actually understand what "revenue" means in your business.

Our customers are banks, insurers, and energy companies. Getting a platform live is one thing - getting a whole organization to actually use it well is another.

We're looking for someone to own that journey - from the first onboarding conversation, through adoption, all the way to being the person a customer calls when they want to do more with Dawiso.

What you'll do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding so they're using the platform effectively as fast as possible
  • Consult on business requirements and user scenarios, and help translate them into concrete feature specifications
  • Turn customer feedback into real product input - working directly with UX/UI designers, architects, and developers
  • Support pre-sales activities when needed - presentations, PoC prep, and building demo scenarios on a prospect's own data
  • Be the go-to person for questions, problems, and "how do we get more out of this"
  • Contribute to onboarding materials, help content, and Dawiso Academy - track what's working and what customers actually need explained better

Who we're looking for

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust how you explain things depending on who's in the room
  • Basic technical fluency: comfortable with SQL, JSON, and looking at data to understand a problem
  • You're comfortable working in AI and agentic environments. You use tools like Claude or Codex in your daily work
  • Result oriented: you want customers to succeed, and you go looking for ways to help them get there
  • Analytical thinking: you can track adoption and success metrics, then turn them into concrete improvements
  • Advanced English, for working with international customers
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment where job descriptions are not set in stone and priorities shift quickly

Experience with data catalogs, metadata management, or SaaS onboarding is a plus.
